Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the Gummano game, available at gummano.app and owned by MD.USE Innovations, S.L. (see legal notice). By using the game you accept them.
1. The service
Gummano is a free game that measures, with the camera of your device, how far apart your fingertips can be spread. You can play alone, challenge other people through links, create rooms and check leaderboards. It is funded by advertising. No registration is required; the data processed is described in the privacy policy.
2. Age
You must be at least 14 to use the game. Younger children may only use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Proper use
You agree to use the game in accordance with the law and these terms, and in particular not to: (a) attempt to alter scores or interfere with the service; (b) use nicknames, avatars or images that are offensive, unlawful or infringe third-party rights; (c) share in rooms images of other people without their permission; (d) access the service by automated means or overload it. We may remove content and block access for anyone who breaches these rules.
4. User content
You are responsible for the nickname, avatar and images you choose to share in rooms and challenges. You grant us a free, non-exclusive and limited licence to show them to the other participants of that room or challenge while it lasts. Result cards are generated by you on your device and shared by your own means.
5. Scores and leaderboards
Scores shown in leaderboards are verified on the server from the submitted geometry. We may remove scores we consider manipulated or erroneous. Leaderboards create no right or prize unless expressly announced.
6. Not a medical device
Gummano is entertainment. It does not measure clinical quantities, diagnose or treat any condition, and does not replace the advice of a health professional. If you have pain or discomfort in your hands, consult a professional. Perform the movements carefully and without forcing.
7. Intellectual property
The game, its code, its design and the Gummano trademark belong to MD.USE Innovations, S.L.. You may use the game for personal use and share the results and links it generates. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit the game or its elements without authorisation.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the game, in whole or in part, at any time, and update these terms by publishing the new version with its date. Continued use implies acceptance of the changes.
9. Liability
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, MD.USE Innovations, S.L. is not liable for the accuracy of the measurements, uninterrupted availability of the service, or damages arising from use contrary to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, any dispute will be submitted to the courts of their place of residence.
