Purpose

Gummano is a free game that measures, with the camera of the user's device, how far apart the fingertips of one hand can be spread. Its use is governed by the terms of use, the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

Intellectual and industrial property

The software, design, texts, trademarks and logos of Gummano belong to MD.USE Innovations, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Gummano uses open-source components (including MediaPipe, Apache 2.0 licence) whose licences are respected. Reproduction, distribution or transformation of the site or its elements without express authorisation is not permitted, except for personal use of the game and sharing the results and links the game itself generates.

Liability

MD.USE Innovations, S.L. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or the accuracy of the measurements, which depend on the device, lighting and the user's technique. Gummano is not a medical device and offers no diagnosis or medical advice. The owner is not responsible for the content (nicknames, images) users choose to share in rooms and challenges, without prejudice to removing it upon becoming aware that it is unlawful.

Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For consumers, any dispute will be submitted to the courts of their place of residence. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
